A self-healing economy, eh? That's a tall order. I think humanity is too self-interested to think about others in any beneficial way. Survival of the short-term fittest in lieu of a long-term solve. That's what got us here, anyway. Decades of runaway spending and never paying the damn tab. Heh, China must've watched too many episodes of Cheers where.. apparently.. a running tab is perfectly kosher.
