Serious error has occured

I went upstairs to play Fifa 10 on my Playstation 3 but when I put it on, the red background came on with a bunch of different langueges with an English sensence saying a serious error has occurs. Has anyone experience this, any advice.:helpme:

step 2: swing it above your head using the power cord
step 3: let it go and aim for a wall or window

If that won;t work go to the store and get a new one.

I had RROD, emailed them, sent it off in a box, and got it back within 3 weeks, no big deal.
