It depends on the star but from what I know cameras are allowed (usually at no extra cost) but I highly doubt you can distribute it.

Most pornstars shoot private video's also called custom video's. You send them the money and the script, they shoot and send you the video. A private video will not come along with a model release, so it can't be used online or distributed.

The majority of the time it's just a cover for an escort with the former or current pornstar. Hence the cost. Plus in-case it's a sting for "the act of pandering/prostitution" they can claim that it was an arranged private video shoot.

Now if its done as JaneB suggests then all is legal and that movie goes into a private collection.
