I wonder which vested health care lobby is behind that one.

Big bucks for insurance companies ,doctors,drug companies are at stake so I am not surprised.

I was all ready to glady sign it when I first saw the thread title,but thats when I though it would be to get everyone covered and do something about the out of control costs of the american system,but it's a petition to continue with the the status quo which not only doesn't cover everyone but allows for a system where if you get sick you are usually wiped out financially and the worst is it will bring us to ruin as a country economically.So I won't be supporting that petition and no one should unless you are getting rich from the current system.

That petition is like the republicans who are trying to oppose the reform,they are trying to defend the indefensible, the current american system which does not cover everyone like all those countries they mention,has much lower ratings against those countries as far as overall health care stats and outcomes and costs americans double per capita what it does in those countries with universal systems.As I said trying to defend the indefensible.:1orglaugh

Just who do these double standardized, fast tracking (into law), hypocritical politicons think they are trying to pull the wool over our eyes ? I'd prefer that the Detroit Lyons or The Los Angeles Clippers take over our healthcare before these obama ghouls !


If only the masses would do some homework, reject peer pressures and not just drone out, only to run with the rest of the herd, they'd find out some hard facts about why the govts' confiscation of private sector health care will amount to our eventual subjugation and premature death.
Think about this, some day you're going to hit 59 years of age and the govt health care apparatchiks are going to turn you down from the reception of a routine bypass surgery. Well, many men live into their 80s after receiving bypass heart surgery, the procedure is very common today.

Only the government officials, in all of their temerity will be allowed to shop for their special custom private sector physicians while you assume room temperatures. Do as they say not as they do ! :thefinger

Personally, I would have to hate myself and be suicidal to want this obama kare plan to pass. It's nuts !... It's crazy how some people are so fucking consumed with envy that they simply want to destroy, by any and all means necessary, that of which they don't have. It's always somebody elses fault. To me, that's so creepy - esoteric of a disposition, I'm getting a hang nail ! :shocked:
