Whenever you're going to be away from the console for about a half hour, say your favorite program is on TV, set the difficultly to legend and turn the sliders all the way up in options, then have two of your CAWs fight each other in a 30 minute iron man match with both characters controlled by the CPU.
This works though I think, haven't tried it before
I tried out that method last night and it works; fairly well too. But, I think it's better to just have 2 of your CAWs wrestle eachother in a regular 1-on-1 match, because it goes much, much quicker and you actually gain more attribute points than when you do an Iron Man match. I just let the computer play about 10 matches and after about an hour, the two CAWs I had wrestling eachother got enough attribute points to go from 39 overall to about 70 overall. Not a bad technique to get some quick attribute points.
Yeah, I don't get why they don't just let you assign a set amount of points to your attributes. Not everybody wants to take their CAW online and fight against others. Some people just want to get enough CAWS and just do their own shows in their own game and not have to grind it out trying to build up every CAW they create.
This year's game is "this close" to being absolutely perfect, BUT, they screwed up 2 very big things.
1) You still can't copy individual CAWs to other people's PS3s, which is the most irritating thing in the world. My friends and I can't be the only people who almost always use CAWs during matches (and also make up their own story lines - we've done that for yeeeeears, even before they put that option in the game this year. Yeah, we're nerds. :o).
2) You have to spend sooooo much time gaining attribute points by playing matches with each individual CAW, which is the second most irritating thing in the world.
I mean, why can't we just earn blanket points that we can use on anyone we want to? I understand that they tried to make the game more realistic and give it more of a personal feel, but...COME ON!!!
