OK, after two relatively larger waists for a thread about small waists. I keep up on my promise, and here comes a really small waist (well, at least according to stats) at 19" Bashful Brittany

Digging through the dusty memories, and those vintage gallery... in a post about small waists... one can not, not mention THE greatest hourglass figure, one of the highest paid Pin-Up Girls of her time. With a waist of 18", yes 18"!!!

Why do so few women have waists like this these days?

It can't just be down to diet. In a lot of cases now-a-days it seems women's waists are just as wide as their hips, just like men.

Unfortunately I really think that it is true that a huge part is due to todays diet.

To sum it up I'd say, the most common reasons why today the Hourglass Figure is on the brink of extinction are:
1) todays diet;
2) fisical exercise as it is done today
3) when girls reach puberty today, they're not stuck into rigid corsets anymore. (Yes, even fashion has to do with it) - wether this third point is good or bad, is not for me to decide.
4) genetical evolution - take a girl (around 20), and compare fotographs of her Great-Grandmother - Grandmother - Mother at around the same age, you will see a progressive change in the figures.

It's a shame. I think there is nothing hotter than a girl with good boobs, a small waist and curvy hips, but these days they all tend to go straight down.

FreeOnes states the following Measurements for Dita von Teese: 32C-21-33 doesn't look like it's only in a corset, though she does wear them to highlight it even more in my opinion.

For me it's the waist to hip ratio that is hot. So the smaller the waist in comparison to the hips, the hotter it is.

Shame Dita and Kataxenna don't do hardcore stuff.

i think a lot has to do with the particular image. certain poses make the waist appear quite small, other poses of the same model, not so much. thanks for posting

I like how Kataxenna has the small waist, but shes also got the whole booty and curves thing going on with it. Beautiful woman and that body looks amazing both naked and in latex.
