Also check out Spanish language horror/survival film King Of The Hill by accident. Quite a depressing film and it's never nice to see a beautiful woman executed by a gunshot to the head The closeups of Maria Valverde's ass was worth watching the film for alone :drool2:

Enemy at the Gates and Shooter are the only two "sniper" movies that are actually any good.

Behind Enemy Lines and Saving Private Ryan both have good sniper scenes though.

It's about two friends on the Yugoslavian Olympic Sharpshooting Team who end up on different sides during the Siege of Sarajevo.

The 2003 movie "Phone Booth," with Colin Farrel is actually a really good movie about a sniper. Its obviously not militarily based, but the premise is that a sniper is holding a man hostage in a phone booth. Give it a look.

Damn! No one at all mentioned the actual film by the name of SNIPER with Tom Berenger? That is good one as is the second Sniper film. They are relatively cheap now. The third one is alright but stick with the first two.

Not really about snipers per se, but the end of Full Metal Jacket has them dealing with a sniper.
