February 6th, huh?
I'll be there.
And you'll likely be killed in the crossfire that will ensue...
You are bound to witness something "paranormal" if it's built up like this. Your mind will play tricks on you.
If you stayed in the house without being told it was haunted or had a bloody past, you'd probably not notice anything.
Exactly. You bring people in at dusk, to a house with no electricity or plumbing, where a gruesome mass murder happened. You tour the house and tell them the story of this- then leave them there for the night. The human imagination is a much more frightening thing than any ghostly "orb".
Do they pat search you for blades and sidearms at the door?
I'll smuggle something in rectally...
Wow you're really brave, I'd have to be either unconscious or dead before you got me to stay in Iowa overnight.
Come on, now... Iowa's a beautiful place. Where axe murders just happen to have occurred...
Make sure to volunteer to go to the basement alone to get more ice or drinks or whatever. Often. Be the one that wanders off alone, and comes back all possessed and murderous. I bet that would be fun.
One guy already said he's sneaking off with his gal to get a blumpkin. My wager is they'll be the first two killed. But as long as we bring a dog and someone says "Jinkies" and "Zoinks", we're bound to solve this groovy mystery.
Sounds bad ass......can't wait to hear what, if anything, happens.
I'll definitely post anything of interest.
To have along an OSCM would rock! Think of the photo shoots! :nanner:
Just out of curiosity, how long is the waiting list to book a night at this place? I know that reputed haunted places that do overnighters usually have a pretty long wait. Anywho, enjoy, keep us posted, and bring some extra drawers just in case.
We lucked out- it's winter. This place is almost impossible to book for spring/summer/fall, between the wannabe ghostbusters and folks like us.
No longer post here because you might be committed to a madhouse? I thought that was one of qualifications people could use to be allowed to post here in the first place, so I don't think you should worry.
Oh yeah... its just that lately they've had my meds pretty balanced, so I forgot I already was crazy.
