There doesn't,example we have a power sub station for our area on our road.I've seen everything on it and if there a problem with it you have to go phone to report it.The only other way of find out if theres a problem is it shows a power drain on the main computer circuit at the main power station.

Yes it is it show on the main computer main frame like I've just said.The way it shows theres a problem is by showing a fault on there.The only way it shows up as a fault is by the power changing drastically.

harley i think you are taking this for more than it is... simply pick a dvd, game cd and book... internet or not who cares..

Getting stranded is far fetched nowdays anyway.With sat nav,mobile phones,data tracking etc.It's just about impossible to get lost now unless your deep underground.
