I haven't played it yet but it adds a new tournament style play and a replay mode. The battle points that you receive will determine what tier of people you fight against this way you'll fight people of your own skill level. I've heard that it also curbs disconnects. If someone disconnects a lot then you'll know about it before you fight them and they can't advance up tiers.

SF4 sucks IMO.
Too few attacks and the 2D mode is ancient. Sorry for not embracing the whole retro-thing, but that's how I feel. Street Fighter was great back in the days, but now I'd much rather play a 3D fighter with better controls - like Tekken (the best fighter franchise.)
Sad though, cause SF has some of the most kick ass characters.

I spoke about seth in another thread a few minutes ago too. He is a pain in the fucking arse. Even on VERY EASY (hint in the name there) he can piss you off to the maximum. I chose Sagat and went for it on Very Hard to see what its like, and suprisingly guess what happened? yep i got my arse kicked.
