Actually, to the contrary, she got saline implants and got her tits raised a bit; you can notice less sag now than in her earlier danni.com sets.

Watch her new 2009 pinupfiles pink mesh video. Her nipples were cut off to toss the implants in, and the scars around her nipples are extremely noticeable in the video; however, they are all photoshopped out of her pink mesh image set. In some pics, they did a rush job, and you can notice some of the white scar tissue around her nipples now.
