I think there are major differences to be considered here. To me it wasn't just about fake tits or no fake tits. In some ways, the early Teagan and todays Teagan really are two different women, like stated before.

As someone else said before, she did some of her nastiest stuff very early, which is probably the main reason why I didn't like her from the beginning. So the old old Teagan wasn't my thing: pseudo-innocence paired with übernasty, nah, not for me.
The Teagan shortly before getting her implants and the first time she had the implants (when she did a lot of stuff for Digital Playground) I liked a lot: slutty innocence with decent sex. So, the old and early new was great.
Then came the time when she got too thin. Way too thin. I mean sporty and slender is fine, but in the end she was skin and bones. That I didn't like.
The more recent releases I liked again. Even though some of them were shot some time ago and now released (like Nasty), she didn't look sick in them.
