I would bet setting it a million will mean she isn't going to make bail.

I'm not sure how it works. But I thought you only had to come up with a certain percentage in cash/property, and then the bail bondsman would cover the rest? But like I said, I'm not sure. But it seems like this would be a (clear) case where bail should be denied. Why even take a chance that this nutcase could be free and might harm someone else?

She probably is very sick woman who needs to spend long time somewhere.
