hmmm, best drummer according to me has to be Mikkey Dee (ex king diamond/current Motorhead drummer) he is very underrated, check out his solo for the song Sacrifice live on you tube you will know what am talking about, the man is a beast. Another one would be Bill ward the drummer in the original black Sabbath line-up, kick ass !!

Roger Taylor of Duran Duran was one hell of a drummer. He gets overlooked because he came from a different genre than most great drummers.

Keith Moon was brilliant to.

One of my personal favourites is Levon Helm.

Hal Blaine is one of the greatest unknown drummers ever. LA pop music (circa 1960-70) would have never existed w/o Hal's drumming and micing ideas. He is heard on so many hits it is ridiculous-his timing is impeccable. A real drum machine.
