They played my bar mitzvah, and it was a pretty good party...
The Who did the show last year or was it the year before and they're Brits.
Nationality shouldn't be a disqualifying factor. We'll take what decent bands we can get.
Fergie's hot and can be counted on NOT to have a wardrobe malfunction.
Oh, I assumed when you said Aussies you were being more general in regards to international bands. But any one of the multitude of bands that have been thriving for decades is fine IMO. Just as long as it's not some group like BEP that churns out crappy commercial hits.Well it's never stopped them before (Stones, McCartney, etc.).
What about Billy Joel? He would be good. I'd say Springsteen, but I am so not on his bandwagon. I'd also say Petty but he did it only a couple years ago.
You mean the Black album? 'Fade to Black' is a track off Ride the Lightning (a song that I have heard a lot of kids have committed suicide to, BTW). So I take it you aren't really a follower, or you just had a brain fart.
Either way, they are arguably the greatest "rock" band in American history. :2 cents:
Was cool to see Slash, though why he wanted to be a part of that train wreck I have no idea. :2 cents:
I genuinely like the BEP, I don't know why some people hate on them.
lol I thought Mike Tomlin was Omar Epps' twin brother. The only reason BEP got the gig is because Mike Tomlin is that I.Am dude's twin brother.
AC/DC would be cool. I would have no problem with them doing the show, even though they're Aussies.
Fergie also did vocals on a song on his album. I thought that was the reason he was there to perform that song.Heard that he's friends with her.
