What? I've never thought that I were polar bear. You're just making things up.

Let me try and put this in perspective (Vodkaz say I shouldn't be nice, ever, on the internet,
but I'm going to ignore his advice for the moment.)

I think Devo is one of the greatest bands ever. I have a lot of reasons for thinking that,
but I also recognize that most people would probably disagree with me. So I might
put it out there, but I don't keep shoving that opinion in their face when they
contradict me—I just recognize that tastes vary.

Certainly it's your right to assert that Oasis is one of the greatest bands of all time,
but if you're going to keep forcing that assertion in the face of continual disagreement,
it's a little silly to get all upset over it

You have no problem expressing your opinions of threads you dislike, so you should be
prepared to take criticism. Look at Trebus, he's one of the meanest critics on the board,
but he takes the most vicious backlash in stride.

Nobody on the board thinks you're an a-hole, (at least as far as I know,
which is more than could be said for the like of Trebus, Vodkaz and me,)
you have great signatures, often some really good posts, but this
Gallagher thing is
:horse:

We're not backing down because as passionately as you feel about this,
we feel just as passionately to the contrary.

We gotta all just agree to disagree on this subject.

I'm too lazy to set a usertitle.
All this talk about passion, negativity and polar bears is making me hungry.

Alex... Oasis is good.

However, what about the pioneers ahead of them. What about Joe Cocker... Mad Dogs and Englishmen... Or Keith Relf? I see Joe Strummer is mentioned what about the other lead singer in The Clash? Mick Jones? Hmmmmmmmm??

John Lennon and Paul McCartney... As much as I like the Beatles. No. They stopped touring in 1966. Unless you want to count the concert on top of the Apple Corps building in 1969.

Paul McCartney and Wings... maybe. John Lennon with Elephants Memory.... maybe. George Harrison ... The Concert for Bangladesh. Most definitely.

Bruce Springsteen?? :wtf: Ugh. Over the likes of Steven Tyler, Steve Perry. This list is very :lame:

No question, these guys deserve it ... (in no particular order)

United Kingdom - Mick Jagger, Freddy Mercury, Robert Plant, John Osbourne, Steve Marriott, Jon Anderson, Ian Gillan, Joe Strummer, Joe Cocker, Bruce Dickinson, Van Morrison, Sting, Bono, Peter Gabriel, Phil Collins, Paul Rodgers, Mick Jones, and Joe Elliott.

Austrailia - Bon Scott, and Brian Johnson.

United States - Jim Morrison, Steve Perry, Steven Tyler, Gregg Allman, Alice Cooper, then Bruce Springsteen.

Never argue with a fool. People might not know the difference.
The correct answer is:

Bruce Dickinson from Iron Maiden. Anything else is the wrong answer.

Cumming to a town near you!
Liam Gallagher's main talent was his ability to sing "Soooon-sheee-yiiiiine" instead of "Sunshine". I remember Noel saying that after a couple drinks, Liam would be maudlin, then after a couple more-watch out.

Of course Iggy Pop is the best frontman.

Jesus, I guess Vodkaz was right.

Deny it all you want but you were getting all emo and butt-hurt and responding by lashing out with personal attacks, infantile responses and typos.

Your problem seems to be you have severely deficient critical thinking skills.

You could have called this thread "Q Magazine votes Gallagher Best Frontman" but instead you set it up like a trap to shove this minor magazine poll down our throats.

I haven't seen a single person on this thread agree with you. The Army of Ike in this case is EVERYONE ELSE WHO'S COMMENTED ON THIS THREAD!

You've done the impossible—you've united Bloodshot Scott, Mrtrebus and Ike as a united front.
