For me, its definatly The Road. Based on Cormac Mac Carthy Pulitzer prized marvelous novel The Road, with Viggo Mortensen in one of the main role.

The movie I look the most forward to right now is Edward Zwicks Defiance with Daniel Craig, Liev Schreiber and Jamie Bell portraying the Bielski brothers who were Jewish partisans during World War II that fought against the Nazi German occupiers. As a history geek I can't wait for this film
