I dabble in calligraphy. If there's an egregiously stupid poster, I find him/her and pen a lovely note begging them to stop. I haven't really had to do it in a while. It loses it's special je ne sais quoi when it's overdone.

He likes and writes with a fountain pen which is highly respectable because there are very few people nowadays who know how to to write in spencerian or even in cursive (I am a fountain pen collector and user too).
