I talked to a local police officer about this lately, and he said 1 in 3 cops stabbed dies, and 1 in 5 shot with a firearm dies. This is a true fact. Guns should never ever be outlawed.

nope. I haven't seen any more shootings in the past few months then at any other time. Once again, people get shot every day. Could it be that maybe you just don't hear about it because it is not sensational enough?

But let us suppose that this is true, that we have reached new lows of barbarism...what evidence do you have that the world wide crime rate is increasing? All I can see is a couple of scattered incidents. Now if this sort of thing happened multiple times in the same city, or it happened every day, then you'd be onto something. But no, all you can do is trash talk me simply for logically disagreeing with your totally unsubstantiated views.
