In the States, the fact that you filmed without her permission is illegal. During the Dallas Cowboys heyday, one of the players was charged with rape (along with Michael Irvin). He showed the tape to the police and the rape charge was dropped, but he was charged & convicted for filming without her permission. Granted the sentence was a lot less than what he was looking at for rape. So you might want to get rid of the evidence or keep well hidden.
