Total Lunar Eclipse/Winter Solstice

Total Lunar eclipse tonight ya'll. Get out there and see it. First one in 3 years I believe. And first time a total lunar eclipse has fallen on the winter solstice in 372 years. I wish I could have posted this earlier.

Starts at 1:33am...23 minutes from now. Totality commences at 2:41am.

Quit fapping for an hour and check it out.

I had wanted to see the eclipse tonight but its cloudy here and can't see a anything

I saw it, just about froze my balls off doing so, but I was able to. The sky was amazingly clear and I got a great view sitting on my patio.

Did I mention I just about froze my balls off?

Pretty damn cloudy in the beginning but around 2:30 the clouds let up. Nice sight to see.

Well I was looking forward to seeing the TLE tonight (but due too the over cast clouds here in Michigan, I can't see shit) wait maybe I'll be able too see it the next time its supposed to happen or maybe NOT it's not gonna happen again until 2094, so I guess I'm gonna miss it now and then. :eek:

clear skies here, perfect view of it, pretty deep red (well more orange actually)...not quite as red as the last one i saw but still pretty cool
