Just a thought, surely the Hospital Systems of Asia and South America would be a lesser standard than those of Europe and USA? Surely that would somewhat impact on the amount of Trannies from those Countries or not?

From what I've heard, the Hospitals in the UK and Ireland are generally dirtier and less well staffed than your average American hospital. Healthcare quality across Europe varies even more than in the U.S. so France would be the gold standard. It's pretty damn bad in Ireland and the UK. All of my relatives who live there have expensive private insurance on top of what they already pay through taxes because they do not want to go into a public hospital.
The MRSA problem is also worse in Ireland than many U.S. cities.
