Trying to identify an old porn movie memory

Hopefully someone will recognize this.

I remember an old video porn from the mid to early 80s (I think) and the scene in particular that I remember involves a brother taking a bath, perhaps in a jacuzzi. His younger sister comes in and he attempts to cover himself with a facecloth, but she slowly pulls it asside and you can guess the rest.

I do not believe it was part of the Taboo series and that is all I have.

Any ideas?

The sister was rather petite, and I think the brother was on the tall side, curly brown hair and moustache... If I remember correctly.

I think the brother also has a think for their sexy maid, not certain if I'm mixing two titles together.
