that is all. Seriously had the worst travel day of my life today. "Randomized secondary screening" left me feeling violated and pissed off. They broke my suitcase too.

Ashleigh, if I worked for TSA, I'd be pulling you out for second and third screenings as well. Just sayin'...

Give me some names, and I'll start making some people disappear. How dare they break your suitcase! Bastards!

Have fun on vacation. Boats and hoes.

Trust me, I wish I had gotten a few of their names. Being dirty talked while I'm about to be patted down is NOT my idea of professionalism. I got centered out ALL day, in two different cities and airports. Had my belongings rifled through, got four patdowns, xrayed twice, interrogated, had my clothes and hands swabbed, and got sexually harassed by someone who was supposed to be a professional. Fucking sucked.

But I'm in Miami and about to order my first glass of wine so that'll ease the pain of my humiliation filled day.

Join the club. All of people here in the states have been complaining but I saw a poll that said a majority of Americans are fine with it. You can either choose to go through the scanner or get a pat-down.

Nothing like professionalism in the workplace.
Report time & date of harrassment with description of harrasser. They'll have CCTV footage of him at that time on that date. If you don't recognise him straight away, you'll recognise yourself and remember at what point you were harrassed, thereby getting him.
Sell your story to the papers, turn the tables on your victimiser by making him the victim: he willl be a pariah nationwide, he will be on the sex offenders list. You can win this and you have the right to.

Damn, that is fucking ridiculous. And you definitely should have gotten some names. I don't know why TSA and airport personnel can get away with that kind of shit. The only way to fix it is to call the bastards out and turn 'em in. I hate the entire airport process. It's very dehumanizing. I hope the rest of your stay is much more enjoyable. I guess it can only get better... :(

Total fucking nonsense. How much are we Americans going to take before we start to fucking snap on these glorified security guard fucktards?! I can't fucking wait until the next time I fly......ya'll will see Galactic on your local news.....gonna be fucking epic.....I'm taking at least two of these motherfuckers down with me.

That's a fucking promise.

Why are you reading this?
This is absolutely perfect. You need to open up a lawsuit against the TSA for sexual harassment. Seriously. I'm sick of hearing about this fucking pat down shit and it is about time they are exposed for their bullshit.

I don't have a problem with the scanners. Or the pat downs for that matter. But I had two scans and four patdowns in two airports. Extreme? Not to mention, needing to have a fucking ESCORT to walk me through the airport to my gate (seriously, they wouldn't let me walk around the airport without a guard), the private room interrogation (20 mins of nonstop questions- no one else had to do this), having my luggage ripped apart (again, I was the only one on both of my flights), being swabbed when no one else was and having a TSA agent tell me (and I quote) "wow baby you are too hot to be having to deal with me...you must have been a real bad girl to be sent to me baby" with winking and smiling. Call it flirting, teasing, whatever- I call it sexual harassment, especially given the fact that I had my tits and ass groped more times today than I have all year and was already uncomfortable, and I'll admit- scared. I rarely travel alone and this was my first time ever having an issue travelling. I got treated like I had a bomb up my snatch, or had drugs in my luggage. Fucking sucked.

I'm going to be making some calls when I return from my vacation. I seriously hope I don't have to go through this again on my way home...I'd go apeshit.

waaaaaaaaaah welcome to america. its cold as fuck in miami right now by the way. i dont get why you had to get scanned in 2 different cities unless one scan was for boarding and the second was for customs. you'll get nowhere with any heresay claims unless you have footage you personally own, cameraphone or other

First of all, don't "waaaaah" me - like I said, I have no problem with being asked questions, made to go through scanners, be patted down etc. They were just on me ALL day, centering me out for no reason, and taking things way further than it needs to be taken. And duh, obviously I know Miami is cold, I'm here right now.

At least tell me you were patted down by a female TSA agent? From what I understand you can either choose the scanner or the pat down. So I don't know why they had you do both.

You've joined a very large and growing majority. I am in no hurry to book a flight. It seems to me, that the airlines ought to be finding ways to attract customers, instead of creating/accepting/doing nothing about policies that send them screaming away.

"Well whatever it takes to keep us safe!" That's the line of bullshit I hear when it comes to airport and air travel security. What's a little groping and humiliation compared to the illusion of safety? It amazes me how willing people are to give things up in order to feel safe.:dunno: I would rather drive then have some high school dropout with latex gloves play with my balls. But whatever makes morons happy. The truth of the matter is that if a group of psychos want to hi jack an airliner they will find a way regardless of any kind of security is put in front of them.

Yes, I made sure my patdowns were done by a female. But yeah they told me I could choose either the scan or the patdown, so I chose scan. Then I got out of the scanner and they were like "ok protocol requires us to pat you down too" and so I got my first of four patdowns of the day. I got two back to back in Toronto...literally, one officer did a patdown and then she had another come over and pat me down again. She was very thorough, even touching my chest and ass (which for the record, I don't have a problem with if its done once, but three out of the four times today I was touched).

Again I have to re-iterate that I'm all for people going through these xray scan things, and getting patdowns if they prefer. It should be a quick and easy process to take an extra step in security, but the system is flawed to the max when they centre out a 100lb blonde girl, and let the entire rest of the airport glide through with not so much as a second glance. It doesn't make sense. They spent all day (literally, 10+ officers were watching me today) on me and could have let someone who actually DID have a weapon, or some sort of prohibited item on board. I just don't see the logic in harassing a handful of people and letting the rest go without any extra security measures. Thats why people are coming forward with harassment claims because it IS harassment when you are centered out of the group and get treated differently than the rest of the people on your plane for no reason other than the fact that you got randomly selected. Thats stupid IMO...search out those who ARE suspcious, ie. people with brand new passports, brand new fliers, people who seem nervous, people with questionable items in their bag etc, instead of throwing all these tests and security measures at me for NO reason. Arg. Sorry for the ranting. It was just a shit ass day....was so excited and shit like this just kills the excitement for travelling. I hope to god I don't have to do this again on the way back although I'm sure I won't, I shouldn't anyways since I'm going back into my country of citizenship right? right? lol
