Ultimate Xmas/New Years wish

Ulysses31

I'm too lazy to set a usertitle.
I guess what I'm asking is there something you want that defies the laws of nature and science such as curing an ailment, bringing back a loved one, being rich beyond your dreams, marrying a celeb, reaching another galaxy or traveling back in your life to do something differently?

For me personally I'd like a clean bill of health and not the niggling little problems I've had for some time and seem uncurable. Second I guess I wish my grandad who passed away almost 2 years ago stayed around for another decade, his sudden death (he was old but fought his way out of worse situations) caused a lot of problems in the family and my family is not as close as they were before as he was a kinda focal point to all the different personalities and also my mum took it quite hard and has never quite been the same since. There's loads more but those two stand out for me.

Wanking all the way to the bank!
I just want the voices to stop...

No really, I feel your pain...

I lost my father when I was 21...

Been taking care of my mother since, and we often reminisce about him...:crying:

My best friend - I know her since I was a kid - has been sick for quit some time now. She's in constant pain and barely sleeps. At most 3 hours a night if she's lucky. But there's no cure. If I was granted one wish it would be for her to get healthy again. Don't need wishes for myself like money or luck or..., I'll manage. But that's something I would wish for. She's talking a lot about death lately and if I would lose her it would feel like loosing a part of me as well.

Was King of the Board for a Day
As long as we're shooting for the stars, I've got some wishes that I wish would come true.

I wish that my grandmother was still alive. I was extremely close to her, the closest out of any of my family. She had lived through so much and was still one of the most kind and gentle people I'll ever know. Then she got sick all of a sudden and didn't last much longer. Losing her was one of the hardest things I've ever had to live through.

I wish that my aunt wasn't sick any more. She now has emphysema and some other lung problems from smoking for 45 years, requires oxygen, and is just about broke from paying for hospital treatments and taking time off work to recover. She still isn't able to take care of herself because she works erratic hours, doesn't exercise enough, and gets little to no help around the house. I get scared that she's digging herself an early grave.

Why save the world, when you can rule it?
Me to rule the world. I would instantly cure all problems. The first problem I would cure is Lurking Dirk...
