Interesting debate. I ask myself the same question every time I see Darlene aka Tyra Legs. Pretty much the only essentially different aspect of females and males is the reproductive system, because the female reproductive ducts are reabsorbed in males (most of the times). But the vagina is the primary genitalia, and the penis has to virilize from it, once again only under the effects of testosterone. Guys if you look at your scrotum, you will see a vertical line across...that's the labia of what would have been a vagina if it were not fused together while in the womb.

And for the guy who mentioned the nipples.....unmm, shemales can have all kinds of nipples, puffy, relatively large , etc. However, this is relative to the age they transitioned.

Adams apples....not all biological males have them, while some biological females have them. There is a procedure to take care of that as well, if you were the unfortunate.

There are about three types of surgery for sex reassignment, and for those concerned with lubrication, there is a procedure that can achieve that. I know this because I have already researched the doctors who perform them.:thefinger

Caster....um, I have no idea what is her genotype. I believe that if her looks are not due to steroids, then she very likely has an intersex condition that she may be unaware of. But lets wait and see...the results from her sex-tests are already done, they are trying to reach her to let her know the results before they make the results public....but I have to wonder that if she was a "normal" biological woman, the results would have been known inmmediately, regardless of if they let her know first or not.
