unplayable disc

i'm getting the unplayable disc message for every game i own on my modded xbox 360.
any ideas?

I should hope you didnt just send your chipped console to a professional repair place... chipped consoles arent covered under warranty.

But I'll assume you knew that and hope you dont get your accounts canceled and so-forth.
