US and UK Spy Agencies Are "Enemies of the Internet"

I wouldn't have any arguments against the NSA and other agencies recording everything we do.
But I'm 100% certain that those agencies and other people will illegally access and abuse that info for their own selfish gains, or to hurt people they don't like.
