US charges 72 over 'nightmare' child porn network

US officials Wednesday unveiled charges against 72 people in their largest global probe into Internet child pornography which smashed a "nightmare" online bulletin board catering to pedophiles.

The investigation launched in 2009 has led to arrests in the US and 13 other countries of participants in Dreamboard, which had a "VIP" ranking system for members trading in graphic images and videos of adults molesting children age 12 and under, often violently, the Justice Department said.

"Dreamboard's creators and members lived all over the world -- but they allegedly were united by a disturbing belief that the sexual abuse of children is proper conduct that should not be criminalized," Attorney General Eric Holder said.

This is beyond fucking sick. These fucking shit stains need to have their balls soaked in lye, or have a starving rat sewn inside their assholes. Anyways, Just thought I'd share with you fine folks.

Just my 2 cents from the peanut gallery. But I don't see anything wrong with this article being posted. It is, as you say, a news article and the discussion is a responsible one. This thread (also from yesterday), on the other hand, was also an article posted in a completely responsible manner, but the discussion which followed suggests to me that more than a few people on this board might possess child pornography, or at least have no problem with illegal adult/child sexual encounters. In fact, they're glorifying it. And that, I'm pretty sure, is against the board rules.

These adult female/male child threads pop up here every few months. And whenever they do, it's always the same thing: a big jerk-off session among certain members (often the same people over & over). Only after the last one had been open for months(?) and I reported it, was it eventually closed, even though a mod had posted in the thread too.

This is usually a fun board. And you can't take anything on here (or on any board) too seriously. But I'm in a particularly foul mood today (better than even chance that someone will either get smacked or fired today), so my patience with obvious dumb shit isn't all that long right now. But until you guys & gals on the Mod Squad start handing out infractions and/or bans to these numbskulls, it seems to me that right now, FreeOnes is a good place for female child molesters to come, hang out and be made welcome by more than a few of the fantasy land members here. And of course, the next step (down) from there would be male child molesters showing up and finding sympathetic ears (cause you know, "sure, she was only 12, but she had the body of a 15 year old!"). At that point, I would want no connection to this site. I really don't need some FBI or Interpol agent having my IP address on his desk as he looks over the member list here.

In closing, legal is legal and illegal is illegal - plain & simple. Child porn is illegal. Adult/child sex is illegal. People who like, support or participate in either should die the most miserable deaths, IMO.

Sorry for the rant. Sorry that something else is making me more pissy than usual. But I implore FreeOnes to put an end to this bullshit, since the participants obviously don't have the sense that God gave a goose.
