video link problem help me please

right heres my problem you know when you click a video sample movie clip of a webpage and it then opens up media player automatically to play it. well mine used to do that now it just loads a new page which says the page can not be displayed but if i then download this vid to my hardrive i can watch it.

this seems to be with only some types of files like wmv but im not sure which ones.

can any one suggest how to fix or amy computer forums or help pages i can visit.

This used to happen to me before I started using Firefox. I could never solve it, but now that I've made the switch it works every time.

If you're not using Firefox I would advise you to do so because it might remedy the problem. If you are and this is still happening, I advise you to wait for someone to come along who is far more competent with computers than I am.
