Voices; Cobra Commander & Marge Simpsons

Has anyone who watches, or watched, GIJoe and Simpsons ever noticed that the voices of Cobra Commander and Marge Simpsons look a lot like each other?

Offcourse i know that they aren't the same, Cobra Commander is done by the late Chris Latta and Marge Simpson is done by some woman.

Now if you would have said Cobra Commander and Starscream from TransFormers, well...yeah, duh. But Marge Simpson? No...not at all
