This is some pork farmers revenge I tells ya.

A lot of "Fresh" pork is marinaded these days.
One company I know of is TenderChoice.
Its basically marinaded in salt water and it makes the meat weigh a lot more.
Some genious figured out a way to sell salt water for 8 bucks a pound.......Buyer Beware.
