weird Xbox360 result last night

i was looking over my games and decided to get back into Half-Life the ORANGE BOX
so on sunday i put it in and played a couple hours ...it was fun.
then last night i figured i would play a bit maybe 2 or 3 check points then watch some world series....i put the game in the system...closed the tray...then switched over to the tv to do a little channel surfing.
i go back to the game and the screen is white (and not in HD view)and it says "To play this disc put it in an Xbox 360 console" error message
in a bunch of different languages.
i stare at the screen for a minute stunned like "what is going on i just played this yesterday?"
i go to the main screen of the 360,eject the tray,close the tray and the game then loads up fine and i play without further issues....
WTF was that?

wow thats weird.......I remember a time when I had my ps3 fired up and was taking a break watching tv. Anyway, I was hearing people chatting over the tv broadcast. It sounded like a couple girls and guys getting ready to play an online game of something. I think it couldve been a party chat cause it sounded like they knew each other.

So,I guess weird shit can happen. And no,I wasnt tripping on acid at the time.
