Nobody is going to come on here and say I'm all for shagging infants. Diddle with a six year old and you die or get permanently removed from society: we are all agreed. BUT.

Abuse of minors takes many forms. Fr instance: in this nation you can marry a girl without loving her at 14 and fuck her. (Fr the record I'm against it.) You can have a mutually loving relationship with a girl of 17 years and 364 days and do hard time. (To me that seems harsh.) You can be bursting for a piss and sneak behind a bush and if you get caught by the wrong cop suffer a conviction for exposing yourself and pop up on one of those registers alongside some sweaty palmed kiddie groper.

In the end society is at the mercy of thoughtful judges. Getting drunk and mooning the rest of the football team doesn't deserve a tag of sexually exposing oneself, even deliberate flashing - although not something you would want to happen to your kids - is only essentially seeing a naked human body - which humans have coped with for a long time. The crime needs to be measured by the bench, not all pervs are the same.

Personally, I have a hard time with mags like barely legal where the idea is that there is not only a desire for a girl who is not quite a woman but the thrill is buttressed by the illegality.

Some awesome points here. I agree about how its stupid to get tagged because someone is 17 years, 364 days old. Because its safe to say that the arresting officer was 17 once, as was the judge, as was the etc etc...
Harming a child should be dealt with one way. DNA conviction. Positive and the animal is destroyed. One strike. Done.
Not to bring religon into this, but its on the same subject... When all the people that were molested by priests came forward and it became a major issue, the vatican stepped up and wanted to burn these people were they sat. However, if I remember correctly, the bishops from the US got involved and would allow anything up to a conviction. But they insisted that it be dealt with internally.
If they are guilty, the victims (or family) should be allowed to pull the trigger. Hell, televise it. Send a message that crime doesn't pay. There is no excuse.

I am sick of little defenseless children being killed @ the hands of these animals. if they were caught once they should never be trusted again. Cuz I am of the thinking that we treat these animals like the (Witches) used to be dealt with. therefore these fucks wouldn't get a 2nd chance to harm another child. I seem to recall somewhere in the New Testament Jesus saying something to the effect of anyone who harms a child should have a millstone tied to his neck and be thrown in the river.

While that kind of justice is final and gratifying it is implausible in today's criminal justice system. The pedos and molesters get a slap on the wrist for a first offense and are free in apparently no time in order to get right back to their sickening habits.

I know there are apologists out there who say these turds have a disease but there is a simple solution....Don't act on the urges! Whatever happened to self control? I know of at least twenty people I'd like to cap just thinking about this topic but I know if I encountered them the most I would do is give them a snarl and glare at them because I have restraint. And besides, my loved ones would have to suffer a trial and the ignominy of me becoming a felon.

One of my brothers has a daughter who was molested while she was still in diapers. He was so frustrated and angry with the justice system and was ready to take the law into his own hands. And this is no joke, because he was an All Big Ten linebacker only a few years before the incident. Calmer heads prevailed. I don't know if there's been any resolution as this happened eighteen years ago, but with the support of his wife and he his daughter has become a beautiful young woman with a promising future.

The focus should be on healing the victims of these shitty crimes. I really can't think of something much sadder than an abused child going through life thinking they'd done something to deserve such heinous treatment.

Update, not great news but not the worst possible either. There was blood found in one of the suspects motel room, which was determined NOT to be that of the missing girl 5 yr old Nevaeh Buchanan and the other suspect had blood in his van which also turned out NOT to be that of Nevaeh Buchanan but she is a 5 yr old little girl and she is still missing after 5 days, each passing hour it gets harder to believe she is still alive, So there is still a glimmer of hope that she is still alive. :bowdown: :angels:

So I ask everybody who cares to please pray for little Nevaeh Buchanan or do whatever it is that you do, when asking for things that are nothing short of a miracle.

I know my thoughts & good wishes are definitely gonna be with this little girl along with her family and friends. I hope for once their is a happy ending. :dunno::bawling::hatsoff:

** UPDATE **

Yesterday around Noon a fisherman found a body in the water, as of Midnight, a full 12 hours after discovering the remains of what is believed to be that of a young girl, and unfortunately the body of little Nevaeh Buchanan but authourities neglected to allow her family to ID the body as of yet, maybe its got to do with evidence, or maybe cuz they are processing DNA or using dental records to make a positive ID of the poor little girl who was abducted and then murdered. This hard REALLY for me too stomach, I would be amongst many who would love to kill the SICK FUCK who did such an awful thing. pathetic sick MF'er. I just can't fathom this, I dunno how and why these fuckin monsters do this evil shit? :dunno::thefinger:cussing:

Until it is confirmed to be little Nevaeh Buchanan the whole area is hoping and praying that the body found is not that of Nevaeh, I am holding out hope, just like the family asked, until they ID the body, they are praying for a miracle. :angels::bowdown: of course if its not Neveah that would mean their is another dead little girl that nobody knew about, but its NOT good @ all right now. :dunno::nono:

I have family that works in the mental health industry....and from these qualified and knowledgeable sources has come this: boiled down, people that do these kinds of things to children CANNOT be rehabilitated. They can't. There are certain mental illnesses that can be treated...the desire to molest a child cannot.

That being said, going back to your original question, what then, do we as a civilized society, do with these animals? Here's what I think. We can't castrate them, and lobotomy would be labeled as torture by the far left lunatics like the ACLU, the creepy fucks. I don't think they belong in prison.....it doesn't make sense....they are seriously whacked in the head. So.....simply put, if found guilty by our justice system, which like it or not, it is the one we are stuck with for the time being, we lock the guilty party up in a mental health ward......forever.

And I fucking mean forever. No chance for parole. No chance for a second chance to destroy another young, innocent life. No good behavior. No retrial. No lawyer's loopholes. For-fucking-ever. End of story.

Agree 100%. It would actually be humane for them, and good for society, to just execute them but of course that would take 15 years these days. We put rabid dogs down but not these sick people? But they should definitely NEVER be allowed back into society for harming children.
