Same as just about every morning. A trip over to my local McDonald's for the 2 for $3.00 breakfast sandwiches.

Apologies for my unthoroughness. I had a 24 ounce cup of French Roast Coffee with 3 1/2 very large spoons of sugar and a hefty pour of half 'n' half. Sure was good. Now I believe post #178 is completed business.

i got up at 2m ;o) i over slept and made myself over mediums eggs over rice, tomato salad and avocado with a cup of coffee ;o)

A cup of coffee plus two slices of toast with melted margarine and spices. A favorite of mine because the melted margarine really brings out the aroma of the spices, and I love spices. Today, I had this:

which isn't nearly as hot as I thought it would be but it still tastes good.

- 2 ground sirloin beef patties, REGULAR mushrooms and dipped in ranch and washed down with coffee. Tomorrow I load up on carbs. Mmm :yummie: pancakes.
