What do you do to take care of a hangover?

I am just wondering what people do to get rid of it or pass it the next day. Figure we could learn from each other in somewhat of a positive way! haha

Life at Freeones is good!
The key is hydration. Drink plenty of water before you go to bed. When you wake up to take a piss in the middle of the night from all the water, drink some more water. I normally take an advil or something too. I usually feel okay if I get enough sleep.

Only have had once. I didn't drink water before I went to sleep. That night I passed out though. Rookie mistake when I was 16 or 17. Still a lightweight though sob.

Like Rusty Trombone said, plenty of water. And you should eat meat the next day. Alcohol decrases your level of vital minerals.

If FreeOnes was a woman, I'd marry her!
Nothing at all. I just wait until it passes...

Do a headstand and try to down a bottle of JD. It always helps me out.

Or you could just drink the bottle of JD without the headstand, but that's no fun.

Right - hydration is definitely the key. I find that drinking beer especially will dry you out.

... that and hair of the dog. :nanner:

Seconded. Fry-up; tylenol/paracetamol; tea/coffee; LOTS of water.

I changed my middle-name to Freeones
Water, Advil, and some greasy food will do it.

Hydration is definitely the key, but I also find drinking beverages with vitamins and minerals helps. My favorite used to be All-Sport drinks. Rumor had it All-sport was the best because it had a certain B Vitamin. B12 I believe. Mens Health said at one point that the lack of B12 was what caused headaches. Greasy food always settles my stomach though.

That is why Rockstar energy drink is great for the next morning. It is packed with vitamin Bs and other vitamins that replenish after being wiped out by alcohol the night before.

I know someone who will eat toast and drink water before she goes to bed.

1/50 times I will drink a wee bit too much and get that shitty all night feeling and whatnot. Kind of a reminder to cut back and simply enjoy the buzz, rather a strong buzz. :D
