i drink tons of water and eat the spiciest food available. either that or exercise...walk or ride a bike. but usually im still drunk when i wake up, so i just go on with my day and make sure i eat something, usually something insanely spicy, which i would do anyway. hangovers don't usually bother me much, but every now and then i way over-do it and lay in bed with the cold sweats unable to sleep, even though thats the only way to get rid of it. 12 hours later im back at the bar saying, "im not going to drink too much tonight, i don't even feel like drinking." 12 hours later i wake up wondering what the hell happened.
