I take from it that Steven Tyler simply wanted a clever lyrical inversion at the end of the song as a final verse counterpoint to the the preceding 'there's something wrong' verses.

the song was written in response to the LA riots and its directed at white people of america and how racist they are.
and of course not about blacks and other "minorities"who went on a violent 3 day crime spree killing and attacking anybody with white skin plus apeshit looting because there was nothing racist about that.
