Seriously I would pick Om3ga.
Because he seems wise, intelligent, humourous, level headed, well read and doesn't seem to take himself too seriously. And he appears to not possess an online temper that I am immediately aware of.
My runner-up would be hedgehog. But he is not here much anymore apparently.

I've got quite a few here that I respect and hold in high esteem ... what follows is only a fraction of the members that I enjoy interacting with when I'm on-line:
1) McRocket - We may not always get along or see eye-to-eye but I have to admit that I truly admire your tenacity and your courage. I wish I had half of the heart and soul that you put into your posts. You've got a heart of gold, man.
2) Om3ga - McRocket took the words out of my mouth; I can't add anything to it that would do it justice.
3) Roughneck - Our Board "elder". LOL. I respect him because of his service record, his no-nonsense demeanor, and for the fact that he's a class-act no matter how you cut the deck.
4) Posthumously ... Nightfly. (I won't say anymore ... it's already been said.)

And I agree about Nightfly. I was just thinking earlier how much of a pain in the ass he was sometimes to me. And how much more empty this board is without him. I miss him.

Its a close call between four for me.
1)drdeath67 - He's helpful, witty, always seems happy, has something good to say, and is funny. Also, he makes cool sigs..
2)Smitty - He's such a nice guy, always makes me smile, and has always been receptive to me and others.
3) D-Rock - He's just balls-out go for the gusto, who cares what gets in his way. He's subtly funny, doesn't back down on his quick jabs, and is respectful of others in his own way.
4) iamforever - He's a bit like D-Rock, but he has a random style of humour. Very smart with his posts, and can be downright blatant. He knows the best music, and musicians. I feel cool when we share a common interest.
So that's my respect.

I respect any member of this board that posts...a opinion, comment, view, thought, etc. Anybody that actually will post what they think and not just copy others. Anybody can post a link. But to actually make a post using your thoughts and opinions gives a bit of the personality of that poster. The type of person that shares some of themselves with us. No matter if I agree with what they put or not.

HA HA- seriously, it's hard to pick just one member that I'd respect the most, so like lots of you others, here's my picks:
1. AX3C- intelligent, passionate, and just fun to read!
2. McRocket-- a great example of someone not afraid to speak his mind openly and honestly.
3. Tunsty- One of the funniest people, ever. :thumbsup:
4. Lady Love- just because. Great sense of humor, and always a good contributor. :hatsoff:

I totally agree with you and I respect you just for saying that. HEY, well looky there...you're the big winner of the day.
Hmmm...this is tough because it depends on what your definition of respect is. There are a lot of people I respect on the board but usually for each person it is for different reasons. It's even harder with some people that have multiple aspects some of which I respect and some I don't. In some ways determining whom I respect more when I respect them for different reasons is like comparing apples to oranges. I'm not trying to copout here so if forced to choose only one person, I would go with Dr.Death because I consider him a friend personally.
