I heard that whole episodes are going to be available on Live about GTA4, not expansions, not add-ons, but whole episodes, these won't be available on PS3 (apparently)

It was described as GTA4.1

Similar to the Half Life 2 episodes, if you played them.

I think it's like what Shivering Isles was to Oblivion, massive amounts of missions, places, characters etc, expanding the world of GTA4. I'm not too sure.
