Get her a day at the spa for herself or both of you. Gift card to her favorite store. Go wine tasting, or get tickets to a comic you both like (or at least she likes).
Some potentially unsafe things might be bubble bath if she takes baths etc.. (you've had sex so I'm assuming this isn't to personal but it might be). Perhaps a bottle of her favorite perfume.
Does she have a hobby? Get something related to that without taking ownership. For instance if she likes Gardening. Don't buy her things to plant that you like, that would defeat the purpose of the garden being uniquely hers. Get her a nice shovel if she doesn't have one or a nice hat or something related to plants in general. I would avoid living plants though. If you get her say a rose bush she'll be pressured into planting it and it'll be a living reminder of you. Which after one date she might not yet be sold on.
