What if there were cure's to every disease?

What if 'disease' were actually necessary cycles of defensive evolutions for the human species?

I applaud your attempt to further the myth that labor patterns are affected by the lunar cycle. Your "expert" advice flies in the face of medical knowledge. There have been at least a dozen studies done. One of the most recent, published last year in The American Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology, examined about 564,000 births across 62 lunar cycles in North Carolina between 1997 and 2001. The lunar cycle, the study found, had no predictable influence on deliveries or birth complications at all. Another study, which appeared much earlier in The New England Journal of Medicine, looked at thousands of births across 51 lunar cycles. It also reached that conclusion. But scientists have found several factors that do affect workloads in maternity wards. Most births occur in the summer and in September and October, said Kathleen Capitulo, the director of the Kravis Children's Hospital and Women's Center at Mount Sinai Medical Center. There are also weekly cycles. Most childbirths occur later in the week, she said, because many women prefer having labor induced before the weekend, full moon or not. THE BOTTOM LINE Studies show that workloads in maternity wards are not affected by the full moon. If you are going to tout yourself as a medical expert, you should at least be able to back up your advice with sound medical literature references. This information is entertaining to someone with intelligence and ability to research such a claim, but to the untrained reader, this information could possibly be dangerous. It would be interesting to see what other medical advice you have given over the years. Sincerely, Dr. H

So one comment by an unknown source contradicts the whole Article? Doctor's will always try to sell you a lie whether you need it or not.

There is no facts in that article. You can look up the studies the poster mentioned. They're real.

People always feel the need to harm and kill one another, it's the one thing humans thrive in

Absolutely! It's in our DNA after thousands of years of Darwinian struggle to survive.

What if ... humanity was not simply a speck in the fabric of time? :dunno:

It is so arrogant and foolish to believe that we can destroy this earth.
