but yeah, i'm with Spleen on this one. you can assume all you want about my character, but believe me when i tell you this chick is an awful human being and really deserves some humiliation. i can't even believe that these photos aren't already online; there were 3 guys present at the photoshoot who all got copies, and i know for a fact that cd's were given to at least 3 other guys including myself....and the cd's were given out by my ex's friend who seemed to be quite proud of the pics. its been 4 years and no trace of a leak....the time has come.

^^^yeah, but it seems like a lot of them are bullshit. i'm having trouble finding ones that i can actually upload to. the ones i have found let you upload 10 individual pics at a time, but i've got a whole photo shoot of 180 pics. i can't believe its this hard to give away pictures of naked chicks

Whatever the content, it's going to be hard to find a (free) site that'll let you upload 180 pics all at once. Depending on the resolution, what is that, about 40 megs or so?

I have quite a few pics of ex girlfriends. But I've never shared them, and don't plan to. Course, none of them have ever truly screwed me over either. :dunno:

But if you're determined to do this, you can upload from an internet cafe and use something like a Yahoo or Hotmail address. But I don't think you're going to have much luck getting all 180 up at once. Try Newbie Nudes. But I don't know what the upload limits are.

You're absolutely right. The authorities have much better things to do than pursue a matter like this. But do you know who would come after you if you posted nude pictures of someone without their consent? Her lawyer. That's right, Scooter. Lawyers eat this shit up. If they can prove where the pictures came from (tracing an IP address from the uploader or getting your site registration info), they've got a civil suit on their hands. And you know a lawyer would be all over that. All they have to prove is that the posting of pictures has caused serious harm (emotional, financial, psychological) to the woman. After that, get ready to fork over some money. That's why it isn't a victimless crime. Yes, the girl may have consented to the pictures if they were kept private. But once you post them, you've broken that agreement.

It has nothing to do with wanting a "good guy" award. It has to do with common decency and good morals. Clearly that is something a few of you are lacking. This goes back to the Erin Andrews incident. You probably thought that was okay too, didn't you? Unless the girl gives the okay to post the pictures (or video), it shouldn't be done. Period. I don't care what she did to you, this is taking it too far.

Unless I misunderstood, he didn't take the pictures. But I have hundreds of pictures I've taken over the years. Why? Because it's fun. Because we got a kick out of it.
