Sometimes women have all kinds of signs of and there are some women who bear absolutely no physical signs...good genes I guess. I knew a girl once who had 2 kids but had the body of a swimsuit model.....and didn't work out a second of her life. I'm not just talking about what she looked like with clothes on either...

But stretch marks would be a good, physical sign.
