And the first thing I'm going to do is propose to three of my first cousins (one of whom is a guy!).

But jokes aside, isn't it illogical (and rather hypocritical) to say that a man can marry a man, a woman can marry a woman, a cousin can marry a cousin... but one man cannot marry multiple women or one woman cannot marry multiple men (as long as all are aware and consenting)???

It would be hypocritical. Would that mean it is also hypocritical to let anyone marry anyone or thing?

This is why many people say this would be a slippery slope.
