I get where you're coming from, but I think if someone's attractive before the operation, they're still going to be roughly as attractive after - it's only the boobs that're getting done, after all, they'll still look as pretty and have the same legs and ass and all that. Take Brandi Edwards for example - although she had a great chest before the boob job, she still looks amazing now, though yes, the boobs are a little out-of-proportion, it doesn't detract from her looking stunning.
