I did read an article in a science magazine about a year ago (can't remember what magazine it was) that with some men the penis size changes as they grow (get taller) and that the penis stops growing when the man stops growing. Generally men stop growing when they are in their early twenties and that's when everything stops growing (well naturally anyway :1orglaugh). This was one of things that proven that penis size (natural penis size) varies by a man's height (also other things like health) and not by race. That same article slo included things about women and natural breast size as well and it's the same thing.
