I've been to many international cities: London, Tokyo, NYC, L.A., Chicago, Istanbul, Seoul, Hong Kong, Toronto, Miami, Berlin, Caracas, etc. and in every one of those cities you meet women from all over the world. You don't need to go to their countries to meet them. You can meet many Russian women in NYC, London, and Chicago without ever having stepped foot in Russia.
