Which do you prefer Florida porn or California porn?

This thread and poll is meant to look at and discuss the different locations and opportunities that Florida offers for porn versus what we normally see with California porn.

My observations:

1. Florida is becoming "the preferred" location for "outdoors" porn. I see a lot of tropical-look porn, or hotel porn where part of the scene is filmed with a downtown (Miami?) view.

2. California porn rarely uses "the California look" or California desert/beach landscapes are rarely used. Cali porn is basically indoor house porn.

3. Boat porn/Luxury yacht porn seems to be entirely filmed in Florida. Why? California has coastlines and boats too.

Which kind of porn do you prefer? Do you notice/agree/disagree with these statements?

I agree with 1 and 3, and partially with 2. However, there's a lot of "indoor" California porn that takes place on balconies overlooking very characteristic California valleys and coastlines. So the "California Look" does have a place in it.

But overall, I think you have a good point. Porn produced in Florida does tend to gravitate to either outdoor tropical, cityscape, or boat scenes, while porn produced in California does tend to utilize more indoor sets in extravagant houses.

Personally, I like the California look better. On-location porn is good in theory, but often it just ends up awkward. A good set with proper beds/couches and wide open spaces allows the scene to be about making a good sex scene, rather than trying to deal with the limitations of the location.
