I am looking for the same answer. According to this guide the Stoya sleeve should be the best vagina Fleshlight. I am curious to give it a shot. Someone tried it?
For anal sleeves I am not sure. Open to ideas!

They really talk up that Stoya one. It does look interesting, I'll admit that. My weapon of choice right now is the Autoblow AI. It's pretty decent.
